About the Role
 
We are looking to hire a Bid Manager.
The Bid Manager is an executive sales role within Miratech, responsible for managing bids in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from customers. Responsibilities
 
  • Bid management, proposal/offer's preparation from A to Z, RFI response preparation, form filling etc.;
  • Prepare supplementary materials related to sales such as presentation, comparisons, summaries etc.;
  • Proposal document compilation formatting and look & feel;
  • Provide quality control for content provided by bid team members;
  • Gather and provide inputs for content creation by US team and external subcontractor;
  • Create content for bidding and sales purpose;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
Requirements
 
  • 5+ years of bid submission experience to both internal and international customers and EU grant programs;
  • Knowledge of Power Point;

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth in this key business segment. Exciting position responsible for growing revenue in our Genesys Practice Area. The ability to develop long term, consultative relationships with all levels, including ‘C’ level, of clients in this business area is critical. The right candidate will possess the ability to create sales in new accounts and cultivate new opportunities within the existing accounts. This is a retainer-based position with incentives for revenue growth.

Past success selling Customer experience or contact centers solutions and\or Professional Services is required.

Experience with Genesys professional services, contact center technologies, voice communications, data networking, and managed hosting, is a plus. The ability to also sell our application development and team extension solutions, gives us an edge above our competitors, and also the opportunity to up and cross-sell.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The right candidate must provide superior customer service on a day-to-day basis
  • Must have worked in a quota bearing capacity and understand the various stages of the strategic sale cycle
